Birth Preparation

The thought of birth and the unknown can be quite daunting and overwhelming.

I offer group (no more than 4 couples) or one-on-one childbirth education classes.

Covers early labour, pain relief options, birth and immediately afterwards.

$200

Can be claimed back on some health insurances.

Postnatal support

Transitioning into motherhood can be challenging. We offer emotional support and guidance during the first 7 weeks after the birth of your baby.

In-home visits: Initial consult of 90 minutes $230 (up-to $190 Medicare rebate). This includes birth debrief, feeding support, care of the newborn, sleep and settling and what to expect in the fourth trimester.

Subsequent visits are $120 for 40 minute visit and $200 for 90 minutes (both with Medicare rebates).
