Birth Preparation

Preparing for birth can feel daunting, especially when faced with the unknown. Childbirth education can help you feel informed, confident, and empowered as you approach your baby’s birth.

I offer small group childbirth education classes (with a maximum of four couples) as well as personalised one-on-one sessions, allowing you to choose the learning environment that suits you best.

Together, we’ll cover stages of labour; pain relief options; birth; immediately after birth; and, the fourth trimester.

My goal is to provide practical, evidence-based information so you can make informed decisions and approach your birth with confidence.

Postnatal support

Transitioning into motherhood can be challenging. We offer emotional support and guidance during the first 7 weeks after the birth of your baby.

In-home visits: Initial consult of 90 minutes $230 (up-to $190 Medicare rebate). This includes birth debrief; feeding support; care of the newborn; sleep and settling and transitioning into the fourth trimester and beyond.

Subsequent visits are $120 for 40 minute visit and $200 for 90 minutes (both with Medicare rebates).
